If you wish to purchase a High Performance ECU flash your fuel injection maps and/or ignition maps will be improved. We focus on engine performance and improved drivability. With this ECU flash we also offer the option of removing limiters and fault codes. This ECU flash will be adjusted for the best compatibility with any specific performance mods on your motorcycle. This way we can ensure that the ECU flash will show the best possible result. The engine will produce significantly more power and torque without any negative effects on fuel consumption.
The following limiters can be adjusted or removed:
- Top speed limiter
- Rev limiter
- Limiters in specific gears
- Throttle valve limiter
The following fault codes can be removed:
- O2 sensor
- Exhaust valve servo motor
- Steering damper
- Closed Loop system
- PAIR / AIS Valve
- Knock sensor
- Other fault codes
This neo-retro exhaust shape uses a heritage design first used 30 years ago by Akrapovič, now updated for today's market with the use of modern technology.
The complete system is EC/ECE type approved, with a catalytic converter in the layout to make it a Euro 5 product. The muffler outer sleeve is made of titanium, with stainless steel for every other part, and the front muffler and muffler are sandblasted for a perfect finish. A black coated exhaust bracket and two heat shields are included in the package.
The muffler exits on the right side of the engine (standard is below it). It delivers more power, torque and sound. It adds 1.4 kW (1.9 hp) of power at 9,100 rpm and increases torque by 1.4 Nm at 9,800 rpm, measured on the Akrapovič dyno against a Yamaha XSR900 with a stock exhaust system.
This system is not compatible with the original Yamaha saddlebags.

Digital ignition systems.
Our digital ignition systems come with 3 years warranty. Production errors, quality issues and internal problems are covered by this warranty.
The Carmo digital ignition systems are protected against high voltage peaks, defective HT coils and reverse battery connection.
This protection means that the Carmo digital ignition will not be damaged immediately in case of faulty electronics in your motorcycle.
Long term use of a motorcycle with faulty electronics may still result in damage to the Carmo digital ignition system.
This means that without solving the electrical issue the Carmo digital ignition could break down after a while.
If research shows that your Carmo digital ignition was damaged by faulty electrical parts, the warranty rights will not be valid.
If this situation occurs we will attempt to repair your ignition system in order to keep the costs as low as possible.
If the system is beyond repair a new product will be offered at a reduced price.
In all cases we will try our best to offer an acceptable solution.
Testing your original ignition module is free of charge when purchasing one of our replacement systems.
During the test we are often able to find out what caused your original module to break down.
This way you will know for sure if your original module really needs replacement, and you’ll be able to solve other electrical issues that may not be known yet.
